- Education:Minimum Diploma (D3) inCivil EngineeringorArchitecture.
- Professional Certification:Must possess a validBIM & CAD/CAM Training Certificate(e.g. Revit AutoCAD or specialized CAM software certification).
- Experience:Minimum of3 years of professional experienceworking as a BIM Modeler and CAD/CAM Operator in construction or manufacturing projects.
- Software Proficiency:Expert knowledge ofBIM software(Revit/Tekla) andCAD/CAM toolsfor drafting and fabrication.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of construction methodologies structural detailing and the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Detail-Oriented:High level of accuracy in modeling and drawing with a focus on precision for fabrication purposes.
