Job Summary
Ahti Interiors is looking for a versatile and experienced Project Admin to join our Operations team. This is a broad cross-functional role not limited to construction or interior fit-out. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects including showroom fit-outs and refurbishments across Indonesia company events and product launches and other strategic projects assigned by the leadership team.
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end delivery of showroom fit-out and refurbishment projects across Indonesia
- Plan coordinate and execute Ahtis brand and industry events throughout the year (product launches trade events activations)
- Lead special strategic projects such as identifying and securing new warehouse office or showroom locations
- Manage vendors contractors budgets and project timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and report to COO / Director
- Ensure documentation reporting and quality standards are maintained across all projects
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field (Architecture Engineering Business or related fields are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Background in construction fit-out or interior is advantageous but not required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project or similar)
- Fluent in English proficiency is an advantage
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage
