Job Summary:

The Manager Strategy & Operations Corporate Affairs plays a critical role in supporting the operational effectiveness planning and execution of initiatives across the global Corporate Affairs function. Reporting to the Director Strategy & Operations Corporate Affairs this role ensures that processes systems and operational routines run smoothly and that Corporate Affairs leadership has the structure support and visibility needed to deliver against strategic priorities.

The Manager serves as a central coordinator across the Corporate Affairs team supporting Communications Public Affairs Corporate Citizenship and Partnerships Events Enterprise Marketing and related functions to drive consistency operational discipline and strong execution. This role is ideal for a strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail who excels in project management process improvement cross-functional coordination and enabling a large fast-paced team to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operational & Departmental Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Corporate Affairs department including budget tracking vendor coordination purchasing processes and operational reporting.

  • Maintain department operating rhythms (meeting cadences planning cycles review processes) and ensure timely follow through on action items.

  • Oversee creation and maintenance of frameworks templates dashboards and documentation used across Corporate Affairs.

  • Support major projects when extra support is needed requiring a strong skillset in communications especially writing.

  • Assist with budget management for the Corporate Affairs team.

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through delivery ensuring clarity of scope roles timelines and outcomes.

  • Monitor progress identify potential risks or barriers and escalate issues appropriately to the Director Strategy & Operations.

  • Coordinate with functional leads to ensure alignment consistency and timely completion of project milestones.

Planning & Prioritization Support

  • Assist with annual planning quarterly reviews headcount and budget planning and other operational cycles for Corporate Affairs.

  • Support preparation of presentations briefing materials and reporting for senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders.

  • Maintain visibility into team priorities to help drive alignment and resource allocation decisions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact between Corporate Affairs and other internal partners (HR Finance Legal IT Operations etc.) to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve issues.

  • Support coordination of enterprise-wide campaigns initiatives and communications that require multi-team collaboration.

  • Help ensure consistent processes messaging and execution standards across Corporate Affairs sub-teams.

Data Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics providing regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows strengthen governance and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes and recommending enhancements to tools systems or ways of working.

Team & Culture Support

  • Support onboarding training and engagement activities for the Corporate Affairs team.

  • Partner with the Director Strategy & Operations Corporate Affairs to reinforce team norms operating models and expectations.

  • Help coordinate town halls offsites and department-wide communications and updates.

Requirements

  • Confidentiality & Sound Judgment: Trusted to manage sensitive information responsibly.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in project management operations PMO or business management roles.

  • Proven experience developing processes managing vendors and supporting budgets.

  • Global or multi-region experience preferred.

  • Direct Communications experience including strong writing skills.

  • Familiarity with financial processes enterprise planning cycles and project management methodologies preferred.

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $115000 - $156515. This range reflects Acrisures good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications location and internal equity.
