Job Description

We have a customer in Phoenix AZ who has an immediate long-term opening for an experienced Construction Services Project Manager/In-Office. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in and qualified for this position please click APPLY NOW.

In this you will manager anywhere from 20-50 construction and materials testing projects (horizontal and vertical) including budgets and meetings with clients and design addition you will coordinate and oversee projects bidding paperwork and billing and other internal project responsibilities associated with all Field QC Inspection and Construction services for both horizontal and vertical projects (roads highways airports buildings etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA/MS in Construction Management Civil Engineering Geotechnical Engineering or Materials Engineering and 5-7 years experience in Project Management and Construction Services. ACI and ICC Certifications also highly preferred
Candidate must have strong office skills including bids paperwork project billing detail oriented and have strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong onsite project and data analysis construction services inspection skills
