As a Regional Procurement Manager We Rely on You To
- Implement the VP procurement vision focusing on regional projects and continuous improvement through data insights
- Manage procurement systems extract and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and track consolidation and compliance metrics.
- Ensure full adherence to procurement policies including the three-quotation rule and develop action plans for exceptions
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and regional functions attend operational meetings and challenge non-standard specifications.
- Lead category-based sourcing initiatives consolidate spend and present cost-saving opportunities from tenders and alternative sourcing.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers fostering innovation and capability development
We Are Looking for Someone With
- A Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Supply Chain Management is essential
- Candidates with prior experience in audit or assurance will be considered
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years in procurement or finance with a proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering data-driven insights
- Experience in regional or multi-property environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with leading procurement platforms such as Oracle SAP or Ariba is highly desirable. Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau will be advantageous in driving performance metrics and reporting
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities and the ability to operate independently with integrity and sound judgement
