Job Summary:

Provides first line of support coordination of services problem resolution and/or recommendations on selected products and services to Caterpillar Dealers located in the Americas. Perform internal analysis and monitoring of parts orders to meet Dealer demands.

What You Will Do:

- Provide excellent service and accurate information to Dealers through internal communication tools.

- Answering customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.

- Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.

- Addressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.

- Processing results from analysis of technical data.

What you have - Skills:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Relationship Management:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in responding promptly needs and expectations ensuring agility and efficiency in interactions. Acts proactively by anticipating demands identifying improvement opportunities and taking initiative to strengthen professional relationships and drive effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree preferably Foreign Trade Marketing Engineering or Administration.

- Pre-Advanced English.

- Intermediate Spanish.

- Advanced Microsoft Office(Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)knowledge.

Top Candidates will have:

- Advanced English.

- Pre-Advanced/Advanced Spanish.

- Professional experience in customer service logistics material planning or transportation.

Aditional information:
This position requires flexibility to collaborate effectively with dealers across multiple time zones. Work schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
