- Co-ordinate and perform the day-to-day administrative tasks for clients in accordance with internal policies IQ EQ service standards and local regulations.
- Prepare arrange execution process and store documents such as board resolutions agreements powers of attorney instruments.
- Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (e.g. company incorporation name application changes of shareholders/ directors/ registered office/ secretary/ articles submission of annual returns).
- Maintaining corporate registers and monitoring changes.
- Liaise with external advisers (lawyers auditors etc).
- Dealing with client onboarding due diligence compliance in accordance with IQ EQ standards and local rules and regulations.
- Assist with the opening and maintaining bank accounts in both local and international banking institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Work closely with the corporate and accounting teams supporting each other to meet client needs.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws service standards company policies and procedures as well as agreed operational and control processes.
- Support the team with any additional ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications :
- Holder of a Bachelors degree in Law is considered an advantage but not a requirement
- 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Corporate / Fiduciary Services
- Knowledge of MS office is essential
- Fluent in Greek and English language
- Very good organisational skills
- Very good teamwork and communication skills
- Evidence of commitment to high standards of client service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
