Job Summary

What youll do

Manage hybrid IT infrastructure including Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 and on premise systems maintaining stable secure operations across cloud and local environments.
Lead cloud migration projects server maintenance and access management using tools like Microsoft Entra ID.
Maintain and test backup Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures ensuring business resilience and compliance readiness.
Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to align ICT systems with regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001) preparing audit ready documentation and configuration records.
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support and manage onboarding/offboarding of users ensuring secure and properly configured access.

Minimum 3 years of experience in systems and cloud administration in an ICT or regulated environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Windows Server and familiarity with Linux systems.
Deep understanding of IT governance compliance frameworks and audit documentation practices.
Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills able to work collaboratively and clearly report on IT compliance and status.
Fluency in English; additional languages may be a plus depending on the team composition and client base.
