Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and leadership to your team to ensure the delivery of Fairmonts service standards.
- Golf FIT- grow tour operator business by attending trade shows and developing new leads
- IGTOA and IGTO membership and database management.
- Develops a strong team through consistent effective leadership and operational management.
- Work collaboratively with other sales channels internally and externally.
- Conduct proactive sales calls and golf e-zines to help generate revenue
- Assist with the reserve and co ordinate all group/member and society bookings.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel resort.
- Strong organizational skills/project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask many projects/initiatives at once and adhere to tight timelines.
- Skilled at developing and selling novel ways to deal with sales challenges and opportunities.
- Good presentation and influencing skills.
- Accuracy attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
- Adaptable and enjoys a variety of different tasks
- Strong team working skills and able to work effectively and both manage and contribute to a team.
