Senior Ancillary Products Manager

Purpose of the role
The Senior Ancillary Products Manager will play a key role in defining the strategy optimization and management of the ancillary (non-ticket) portfolio consisting of multiple core partner and value-added products. The role is responsible for generating incremental ancillary revenue a significant and growing source of income for Wizz Air.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head in the development of the 35-year strategy of Wizz Airs product proposition and roadmap of developments to achieve the strategic goal of Ancillary Revenue unit growth.
- Leading and direct line management of a team of Ancillary Product Portfolio Managers.
- In cooperation with the team identify new non-ticket revenue opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with the central systems Trading and E-Commerce to deliver on the strategic proposition of overall revenue growth.
- Identify new industry trends and technological innovations with the aim of potentially integrating them into the business.
- Build business cases to inform the viability of potential new products and evolution of existing products.
- Identify new partner ancillary revenue opportunities define business cases and negotiate commercial terms.
- Explore business and consumer behavior trends analyze profitability and build recommendations for senior management.
- Define estimate value and prioritize the digital development backlog in cooperation with E-Commerce and Product Portfolio Managers.
Experience
5-7 years of overall working experience with 4 years of experience in a multinational environment experience in aviation is a plus.
Hard skills
- Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced level of EXCEL PowerPoint Power BI.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with the upper level of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to cooperate with a variety of stakeholders team player personality.
- Strong sense of business ownership and accountability for own portfolio.
- Good project management skills.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree
Language
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
