Job Summary

HR Executive-Printing Paper-Surat-35k

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

Company is a dynamic and growing manufacturer specializing in high-quality sublimation paper for diverse applications. We are committed to providing innovative and reliable solutions to our B2B clients enabling them to achieve exceptional print results.
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment compliance employee relations and training to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes at Elysium Industries India Pvt. Ltd. a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
O Assist in manpower planning based on factory and office requirements.
O Employee Recruitment and Job Portal Search Skills and Job Description
classification filtering and shortlisting
O Designing and executing recruitment strategies while sourcing candidates through
multiple channels and conducting interviews and assessments.
O Establishing and overseeing the onboarding process.
O Leading new employee orientation sessions.
O Ensuring that new hires are smoothly integrated into the company culture

New employee On boarding
o Assist in manpower planning based on factory and office requirements.
o Conduct pre-employment checks document verification and medical tests.
o Complete employee onboarding including issuing appointment letters ID
cards and ESI/PF registration.
o Conduct orientation and induction training for new employees.

Employee Relations & Welfare
o Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues.
o Support employee engagement activities including welfare programs and
celebrations.
o Assist in managing disciplinary actions warnings and terminations.
o Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.

Training & Development
o Identify training needs for workers and office staff.
o Coordinate training sessions for safety skill development and HR policies.
o Maintain training records and feedback reports.

Reporting & Team Collaboration
o Reports to HR Head.
o Coordinates with Factory General Manager Finance Team and Department
Heads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

o Education & Experience
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Business Administration
or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in HR operations preferably in a manufacturing
company.

Technical & Soft Skills
Knowledge of HRMS payroll software and biometric systems.
Familiarity with Indian labour laws and factory compliance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.
