- Receiving organizing and distributing plans specifications and bid documents
- Maintaining bid folders logs addenda and subcontractor communications
- Assisting with bid form preparation proposal documents and submission requirements
- Coordinating the flow of information between internal teams and external subcontractors
- Ensuring deadlines are met and bid documentation is complete and compliant
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc)
- Must be willing to report to our Dunedin office in person every day
