What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects ensuring the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.

Foster a culture of collaboration both within the local team and across the global organization enabling cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Drive innovative ways of working constantly seekingnew approachesand technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key stakeholders working closely with clients to understand theirobjectivesand deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field (such as Architecture Engineering or Construction Management).

Proven experience in a senior leadership role directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry.

Strongtrack recordof delivering complex projects on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into action plans.

Outstanding client relationship management abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices regulations and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related field.

Professional certifications (such as PMP or LEED).

Experience in a global or multi-office environment.

Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management.

Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.
