Job Summary

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Support and enhanceManhattan Associates WMOS and Activesystems.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Perform system configuration testing and deployment inLinuxenvironments.
  • Manage and supportSOTIMobiControl for mobile device management.
  • Troubleshoot and maintainRF guns and printersused in warehouse operations.
  • Document business processes workflows and system specifications.
  • Provide end-user training and support for new system implementations and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to technologies services and solutions supporting enterprise functions.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient governance policy development and adherence across systems and processes.
  • Maintain good standing and completion on all compliance related matters (i.e. assigned mandatory trainings actions required from audits corporate policies etc.)
  • Perform all additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of supervisor

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience withManhattan Associates WMOS (2017 / 2020) and Activeplatforms.

  • Strong proficiency inSQLfor troubleshooting data manipulation and reporting.
  • Working knowledge ofLinuxoperating systems and command-line tools.
  • Experience withSOTIfor mobile device management.
  • Familiarity withRF guns and printersin a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite (i.e. Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint Teams Communications Tools etc.)
  • Willingness to seek out and implement coaching suggestions and guidance from others

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

  • Ensure necessary working environment and capabilities to effectively carry out responsibilities if working from a non-Vestis location (remote work)
  • Ability and willingness to handle work related issues during all hours of the day every day of the week understanding the responsibility of our organizations requirement for 24/7 production support
  • Ability willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for approved work purposes in accordance with project and management schedules

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain logistics or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and APIs.
  • Be legally able to work in the United States: U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident

License Requirements/Certifications:

  • Valid U.S. drivers license preferred (for rental cars when applicable)
