The Role
Key ownership areas
Support with daily trial production to meet testing schedule
Setup pilot kitchen prepare and weigh ingredients and work under instructions from the current team
Assist with collection data and completing documentation
Prepare trial labels and ensure all trial stock is correctly labelled
Support with cattery testing logistics and product transport
Prepare trial products for collection to testing facilities
Prepare sample boxes for ad-hoc reviews laboratory testing or other sample request for the wider team
Coordinate samples for nutritional and mixing validation in collaboration with Nutrition and Technical
Who we are looking for:
Experience with supporting technical or development teams
Working in practical food lab or manufacturing settings
Handling ingredients samples or data collection
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Hands-on preparation and support capability
Data accuracy and record keeping
Ability to follow defined processes
Learning mindset and adaptability
Ideally graduate or student in Food Science Food Technology or similar fields
