Position Summary- Independently leads client service including all Client Manager Senior activities.
- Acts autonomously on most decisions without guidance or direction ANDdelivers renewal messaging for mostclients withinbookof business.
Primary Responsibilities- In addition to leading client service for assignedclientspends30% or more-time leading others.
- Manage two or more employees through performance reviews performance improvement plans setting priorities book loads handling department issues recording time and attendance and approval of expense reports.
- Provide strong insurance technicalexpertiseto both clients and team.
- Partner with DSL in support of company operationalobjectives.
- Maintain quality control of team renewal expirations to avoid any lapse in coverage. Ensure team members are addressing renewalsin a timely manner.
- Monitor adherence to service standards through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting
- Perform periodic qualityauditswhen necessary.
- Assistwith interviewing hiring training and development of assignedteamasdesignatedby the DSL.
- Oversight of outsourcing initiative including integration of new and existing carrier service centers.
Work Experience
Professional Licenses/Certifications- Must holdstate life and health insurance license
Education- Associate or bachelors degree preferred but equivalentwork experience would be considered
Physical Demands
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.
