Job Summary

We are hiring a Vice President IT Communications & Enterprise Change to serve asastrategic leader guidingITtransformation across the enterprise. This role uses cleartargetedand measurable communication to driveassociateadoptionof new technology-enabled business processesand toolspartnering closely with IT enterpriseleadersand crossfunctional stakeholders.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Own the enterprise IT communication strategysupporting the successful execution of business prioritiesand multi-year transformationobjectives.
  • Lead the enterprise-wide ITchange communication strategy by translating complex transformation initiatives into clearactionableand engagingmessages that build understanding drive behaviorchangeand accelerate adoption.
  • Define andmonitorcommunication and change-readiness KPIsfor IT initiatives includingassociateadoptionto supportcontinuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CIOand senior IT leadership team shaping communication platformsandchangemanagementapproachesto deliver desired outcomes.
  • Equip senior leadersthroughout the enterprisewith message frameworks toolkits and coaching that strengthen their visibilityconfidenceand consistency as active sponsors of change.
  • Segment stakeholders by impact and readiness tailoring communication approaches toanticipateconcerns reduce resistance and guide groups through change with clarity and confidence.
  • Build trusted partnerships across IT HR Strategy and Business Unit leadership to ensure aligned messaging coordinated change milestones and organizational readiness.
  • Partner with Corporate and BU Communications to align enterprise narratives reduce noise and support coordinated sequencing of key messages.
  • Establish structured feedback loops (surveys forums focus groups) toidentifyresistancegapsor misinformation early and drive proactive course correction.
  • Lead the communications team responsible for delivering high-quality leadership forums town halls intranet content scripts newsletters stakeholderbriefingsand innovative new channels / formatsthat reinforce clarityalignmentand engagement across the enterprise.

Whatyoullneed:

  • 10 years of internal corporate communications experience including change management and executive communications.
  • Ability to develop and lead a strategic communications plan to inform engage and inspire associates and drive change management initiatives
  • Ability to listen absorbprocessand distill complex information from across a wide range of topics programs and initiatives into clear compelling action-orientated communications using a broad range of media and formats
  • Experience building and developing trusted relationships at the executive level
  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills
  • Creative approaches to solve unstructured problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal creative thinkingandinfluencing skills
  • Integritycredibilityand confidence
  • Experience managing a teamof high performing communications professionals

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 164000 USD - 226000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
