As we continue expanding across multiple locations we are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support recruiting training and workforce initiatives that drive operational success.
Position Summary
The Talent & Operations HR Partner is responsible for managing recruiting onboarding training and development programs while serving as a key HR partner to Operations leadership. This role ensures stores are staffed with qualified talent leaders are properly trained and workforce practices support consistent performance across all locations.
This position is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced multi-site retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Staffing (Primary Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for store and operational roles
- Post positions screen candidates coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions
- Partner with Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs
- Support hiring for new store openings and expansion initiatives
- Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding logistics
Onboarding & Integration
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires especially supervisors and managers
- Ensure completion of required documentation and orientation activities
- Support new leaders during their transition into roles
- Monitor early retention and address onboarding challenges
Training & Development
- Coordinate leadership and operational training programs
- Support implementation of the Manager-in-Training (MIT) Program
- Schedule training sessions and maintain training records
- Track participation and program effectiveness
Operations Partnership
- Serve as HR point of contact for assigned stores or regions
- Provide guidance on HR processes policies and people matters
- Support workforce planning and staffing challenges
- Assist managers with performance documentation and employee issues
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and HR procedures
- Assist with resolving workplace concerns
- Support engagement and recognition initiatives
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist with audits and reporting as needed
