The Mission
We are actively recruiting a clinical specialist to join the medical department of a high-status 100m superyacht. This role requires dedicated 1:1 nursing oversight for an 80-year-old VIP Principal blending geriatric care with emergency preparedness.
You will be stationed onboard for an extensive Mediterranean cruising season. The vessels confirmed itinerary includes navigation through the Aeolian Islands stops in historic Valletta and cruising the Dalmatian Coast ensuring the Principal receives world-class care in remote and exclusive locations.
The Team
You will join a fully integrated Western-trained medical unit:
Clinical Governance: All protocols directed by a resident Lead British Doctor.
Rehabilitation: Support provided by onboard Physiotherapists.
Workforce: A robust Double-Nurse Shift System is in place to prevent fatigue and ensure 24/7 coverage without compromising your downtime.
The Process
Phase 1: CV and License Verification.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Conducted remotely; no travel to Munich required).
Phase 3: Direct travel to the vessel.

Requirements
Education: Western-standard Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in ICU ER/A&E or Cardiac Care.
Language: Native or C1 English is essential for all medical reporting.
Profile: A meticulous professional who values precision and privacy.
