Job Summary

The role will manage a team of marketing professionals focused on digital processes and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Will function as the Brazil HP brand champion driving commercial innovation across all parts of the business and creating new ways of leading the future of leader will strictly apply global brand guidelines brand positioning and brand idea by business unit.
  • Will lead the local Comms representative in leveraging global Future of work narratives applied to local dynamics. This will include corporate product and MDs external communication plan.
  • Accountable for setting overall initiatives allocating financial and labor for programs and projects org design and ensuring timely and effective delivery of Marketing plans.
  • Responsible for hiring/building out the marketing leader will follow approved marketing profiles with emphasis on securing meaningful experience on global B2B and solution selling companies strong AMB and performance marketing skills.
  • Leads the team and corresponding managers provides strategic guidance implements engagement plans and manages career and goal setting processes.
  • Leverages market insights and category product/solution roadmaps to develop customer segmentation and audience strategies to differentiate HP in customer/end user journey.
  • Leads activations across all marketing plan deliverables and milestones with cross-functional teams. Leads investment tracking prioritization and strategic output of Marketing projects across the Brazil organization.
  • Leverages HP global media creative services (Accenture Song Whalar and Oliver) and global partnerships( Ferrari and Real Madrid) to activate country relevant campaigns that drives the business.
  • Utilizes global creative assets whereverrelevantto drive initiatives. If assets are not relevant or strategy requires separate execution marketing leader will seek global approvalto create content for in market use. Global will need to approve local executions ahead of production as it pertaining to brand integrity positioning and brand idea MD will approve for local relevance. Global should respond within 24 hrs. for these case of disagreements the global CMO will decide.
  • Consults with business leaders at executive levels to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (e.g. mitigating risk approving significant programs/deals).
  • Responsible for remaining up-to-date on current and emerging trends and technologies in the area of Marketing and how they can be incorporated into the overall strategy.
  • Leads marketing budget allocation by initiative in collaboration with BU strategies WW teams category teams alliance teams and MD.
  • Aligns closely with LATAM Market Marketing Leader on business strategy and local activations


Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10 years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience preferably in segment marketing channel marketing partner marketing or a related field.
