Experience - Min. 3 yrs. as a EA and strong communication skills (Must knowledge of MS excel MS word and MS power-point)

Job Description
Organize and maintain the executives calendar.
Schedule meetings appointments and travel itineraries.
Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
Arrange domestic and international travel.
Handle travel accommodations transportation visas and expense reports.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties.
Screen calls emails and correspondence and prioritize responses.
Prepare agendas documents presentations and reports.
Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Follow up on action items.
Provide research and briefing documents.
Prepare analytical reports and data summaries when required.
Plan and organize corporate events offsite and meetings.
Coordinate logistics for workshops board meetings etc.
