Job Summary
Senior Immigration Consultant manages complex visa and residency applications advises clients on immigration laws and drives sales targets for PR work or study visas. They provide expert personalized guidance ensure documentation compliance and often lead junior staff to achieve monthly targets. Key requirements include 35 years of experience in-depth knowledge of immigration policies and strong communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
Client Advising & Sales: Counsel prospective clients on visa options (PR Study Visit Work) explain procedures and convert leads into clients to achieve sales targets.
Case Management: Oversee end-to-end immigration processes including profile assessment document verification and filing petitions.
Compliance & Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships providing regular updates on status and addressing complex queries.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior consultants ensuring quality service and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 35 years in immigration consulting or related legal/international relations roles.
Education: Bachelors degree in Law International Relations or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional communication (written/verbal) high attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines or targets.
