Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in MP This role is critical in expanding our market footprint and driving revenue growth across key distribution and project channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing channel sales operations building strategic partnerships with dealers distributors contractors and builders and actively expanding our distribution network. With a strong focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing brand visibility this position offers a high-impact opportunity to contribute to business expansion in a competitive and fast-evolving building materials sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage channel sales operations within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers distributors contractors and builders
  • Expand and strengthen the distribution and dealer network across the region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through project-based and retail channels
  • Build and leverage relationships with key market influencers and stakeholders
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive market penetration
  • Ensure high product visibility and brand presence across the territory


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in channel sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market with an established professional network
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
    • Construction chemicals
    • Tile adhesives / grouts / waterproofing
    • Flooring solutions
    • Sanitaryware & hardware
    • Plywood lamination doors
    • Glass or allied building material industries
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated proactive and driven by targets and results
