Job Summary

We are Hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Bakery Mixer Operator to join our clients food production team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for blending and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality bakery products ensuring smooth production processes and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities&Requirements

Operate mixing equipment to accurately combine ingredients achieving the desired texture consistency and quality.
Precisely weigh and scale ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent batches.
Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety protocols.
Collaborate with warehouse and production team members to move materials and finished products efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
Minimum 01 year of experience as a mixer or scaler in food production manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Knowledge of bakery production machining processes or carpentry is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a valid work permit.
