Job Summary

Job Summary:

Operate and maintain blow moulding/extrusion machines to produce plastic products as per quality and production standards. Ensure efficient machine performance minimal downtime and adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up operate and troubleshoot blow moulding/extrusion machines
Adjust machine parameters (temperature pressure speed) for optimal output
Perform mould changes and minor maintenance
Monitor product quality and perform visual/mechanical checks
Record production data and report issues to supervisors
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:

4 years experience in blow moulding or extrusion (plastic manufacturing preferred)
Knowledge of machine setup tooling and troubleshooting
Ability to read basic technical drawings/specs
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

Experience with PET/HDPE materials
Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience
