TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to contractors distributors consultants and end users.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Provide technical product presentations demonstrations and site support to customers.
- Prepare quotations follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering Construction Building Technology or related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales preferably in construction materials industrial products or related industries.
- Strong understanding of technical product specifications and applications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
