About the Opportunity:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a top hospital

system serving Oskaloosa and Ottumwa IA. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in Cath Lab Emergency Department (ED) or

Med-Surg units

- Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and families to deliver outstanding

care

- Monitor assess and document patient status treatments and progress

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

- Support and mentor nursing staff and participate in ongoing education

- Advocate for patient safety comfort and satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Current RN license in Iowa or multi-state compact license

- Experience in Cath Lab ED or Med-Surg preferred

- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)

- Strong clinical skills communication and teamwork abilities

- Commitment to compassionate evidence-based care
