What Youll Do
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within an assigned territory
Prospect new business through outreach networking site visits and relationship-building
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing
Develop partnerships with companies schools nonprofits and community organizations
Lead facility tours client meetings and promotional events
Collaborate closely with our Event Planning team to bring group experiences to life
Maintain accurate activity notes and client communication in TripleSeat (CRM)
Work toward weekly sales goals and share progress with your District Manager
Represent Spare Time with professionalism energy and creativity
What Were Looking For
Experience in sales business development account management or community partnerships
Comfort working with business clients and organizational decision-makers
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls visits networking)
Creative proactive and self-directed
CRM experience preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
