What to expect
The Business Analyst is a key member of the Transformation team and PMO Centre of Excellence responsible for the delivery of functional strategies always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Business Analyst will review analyse and evaluate Post Office business areas user needs business models workflows and technological systems. They will drive a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and high performance across their teams delivery and decision-making.

What youll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be familiar with concepts in Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks.
As an Business Analyst you will have a business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business addition to this the ideal candidate will:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to drive value facilitating and negotiating when necessary to achieve consensus on decisions
Problem solving and critically thinking skills when managing complex business issues
Ability to plan activities and understand budgetary impacts on workload
Expertise in conceptual modelling
Familiarity with requirements techniques such as user stories use cases and informal modelling.
Extensive experience of business analysis in complex business focused change management
Familiarity with relevant platforms and tools e.g. Jira Service Now
LEAN Six Sigma Green or equivalent
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (desirable)
