Residence Inn Edinburgh are recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join our team!

The Role:
As a Night Supervisor at Residence Inn you are responsible for completing reporting tasks related to concluding the days business. During a typical shift you will be working as part of a team to ensure all our guests feel welcomed valued and appreciated leading to a fantastic stay.
Main responsibilities
- Complete end of day activities including posting charges to accounts running night audit backup and roll the date
- Process all payments types such as room charges cash checks debit and credit
- Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of an emergency
- Process all guest check in/ check outs
- Duties include fire walks security checks cleaning public areas and breakfast prep
- As the Supervisor on shift you will lead coach and manage the night team
