Location: Open to candidates nationally. Travel to national offices when required.

Reporting to the HSEQ Director the Auditor role is to assist with Health and Safety Environmental Quality Compliance and Technical matters.
The role involves conducting technical surveys and audits on equipment such as dosing systems and cooling towers along with site visits to ensure that staff are competent and the contractual requirements and task are being carried out in line with current legislation guidance and standards.
The role requires national travel across the UK with overnight stays and a comprehensive understanding of the legionella compliance industry.
Conduct regular onsite inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance with HSL polices and ensure corrective actions are agreed with area operational management and the HSEQ Director. Site visits will be both scheduled and as needed.
Generate reports and site information.
Audit site records log book monitoring regimes and plant equipment.
Monitor water treatment programmes for commercial and industrial water systems.
Assist the HSEQ Director to manage health and safety to ensure that all legal requirements are complied with.
Provide technical advice as and when required.
Produce correspondence technical reports and ensure compliance with health and safety quality and environmental management systems.
Ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and consumables with due consideration of environmental requirements.
Provide information as required by the area operational departments and HSEQ Director.
Liaise with customers colleagues and suppliers to ensure all procedures are carried out in line with the agreed requirements.
Develop a professional relationship with our suppliers and customer base.
Experience in carrying out secondary water treatment (domestic systems) servicing work.
Cooling Tower and Cooling water service work (including C&D works).
Boiler water treatment and control
Domestic water systems & Closed loop water systems.
Knowledge of our Industry and Compliance with legislation and requirements
Good knowledge of ACoP L8 HSG 274 HTM04-01
Previous relevant industry experience is essential
IOSH certification is desirable
Conversant with ACoP L8 and other relevant guidelines
Full driving licence is essential
Strong ICT skills as well as being numerate with the ability to produce statistical reports.
