Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing VP to join a leading independent advisory firm recognised for its quality of execution senior-led model and strong presence in the Australian market.

This platform competes directly with the top independent advisers and consistently delivers complex high-profile transactions across a diverse client base. You will play a central role in execution working closely with Partners and Directors while taking ownership of key transaction workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of M&A mandates from pitch through to completion
Manage financial modelling valuation analysis and transaction documentation
Coordinate due diligence processes and external advisors
Drive client communication and board-level materials
Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates

Ideal Candidate

58 years M&A experience within a Bulge Bracket Elite Boutique or respected Independent Advisory
Demonstrated execution experience across sell-side and buy-side mandates
Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
Confident leading multiple workstreams with minimal supervision
Commercially minded with strong client management skills
Excellent academics and communication skills
