This Position reports to:
Business Manager - PortfolioLeads the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards contractual agreements quality standards Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements financial targets and schedule commitments. Supports (when required) the local management in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution especially in smaller units. Takes accountability (when required) for a portfolio of projects.
The work model for the role is: Remote
This role is contributing to the Motion Renewables Product Solutions business line.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Leading the project team establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over execution planning monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Providing leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.
Supporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.
Driving the formal acceptance of the project contract close-out and acknowledgment by the customer all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role
10 years of experience in Project Management
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred
