CGS is seeking a skilledForeign Disclosure Representative (FDR) Seniorto provide analysis and high-level support as the senior member of a major program office Foreign Disclosure thisroleyouwillbe responsible forreviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants and providing mentorship and Senior-level review to the Foreign Disclosure team.

Skills and attributes for success:
- Prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.
- Review various products for release ensuring All-Sources have beenidentifiedandappropriate securityclassification markings are applied and verifies sources against product content.
- Maintain record archives of disclosure requests and adjudications and responds to requests for data; propose disclosures or releases of information after technical and substantive reviews of information; advise on foreign disclosure policy and proceduresin accordance withthe Foreign Disclosure program; and track andmaintainrecords for decisions concerning disclosure.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures fordeterminingthe releasability of classified supportstheJ2both CONUS at FtBraggNCand OCONUS/TDY at a fixed location on a 6-month rotational basis.

Qualifications:
- Minimumofsix(6)yearsofintelligenceanalyst or intelligence operations experienceis highly desirable.
- Minimumof two (2) years working as a Foreign Disclosure Representativeexperienceis highly desirable.
- Provide foreign disclosure recommendations after analyzing release requests for Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information to support US Government information/intelligence sharing requirements.
- Manage actions related tofacilitateforeign visit requests provide andassistin foreign disclosure training provide foreign disclosure/technology security review of technology TTPs and operational/intelligence products across CAT 1-8 areas IAW National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1).
- Conduct FDR duties IAW NDP-1 CJCSI 2110.0 IE DoDD 5230.11 ITAR and USSOCOM policies.
- Collaborate with Government individuals responsible for foreign disclosure technology transfer and export control.
- Operate designated foreign disclosure database/management systems (i.e. Foreign Disclosure Management SystemiDisclose etc.) to log and provide foreign disclosure review and recommendations from varied sources as directed by the Government.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
