Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in environmental health and safety management in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a key role in fostering a high-performing environmental health and safety culture across our operations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including Maintenance Retrofit and Validation teams to ensure compliance with EHS standards implement risk management strategies and much more.
Youll specifically take care of deploying Alstom EHS standards and tools and monitoring compliance with statutory regulatory and contractual requirements but also support project teams in implementing safety management plans and emergency plans.

Supporting the Services Business in achieving EHS results
Developing and implementing EHS plans and programs to drive continuous improvement
Maintaining the EHS Management System in line with Alstom and international standards
Monitoring compliance with EHS statutory regulatory and contractual requirements
Providing EHS training programs and supporting stakeholders
Leading EHS audits inspections and incident investigations

University Degree (BE B. Tech) or Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety Engineering
Experience or understanding of industrial and electrical environments
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection legislation and standards (ISO 14001 and 45001)
Familiarity with risk assessment environmental impact analysis and EHS tools and methodologies
A certification in industrial safety from a state board-approved institution (e.g. RLI/CLI)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at different organizational levels
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
