Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mail);
- Updating information regarding cases.
- Meeting targets following company policies and procedures ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
What do we expect from you
- Language skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and Slovak (C1/C2) and knowledge of English (B1-B2 level);
- Experience: Great if you have experience in technology focused roles and in customer service in general;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated enthusiastic open to having clear conversations with customers solution oriented.
