Job Summary:

At HUB24 were on the lookout for an energetic serviceoriented IT Service Desk Analyst to join our friendly highperforming team. Experience is greatbut what we really care about is your attitude. If you bring exceptional customer service skills curiosity and a willingness to adapt and grow well teach you the rest.

Responsibilities:

Your main daily duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal teams helping troubleshoot issues and answering queries.

  • Onboard and offboard users.

  • Assist with hardware and software support.

  • Escalate issues as needed.

What were looking for:

It would be great if you had at least 6 months experience in a similar role but not essential. What is more important is:

  • An interest in technology and a willingness to learn more.

  • A natural problemsolver with strong customer focus.

  • Adaptable curious and eager to learn and improve.

  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken.

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and learn from it.

  • A great team ethic.
