As our Senior IT Operational Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology environment is stable secure and enabling great outcomes for our community. Youll provide operational leadership across service delivery applications data integrations and digital improvement helping teams across Council deliver services that are reliable efficient and customerfocused.

This is a handson operational role where youll coordinate people vendors and processes influence digital improvements and be the goto specialist when it comes to ensuring systems run seamlessly.

About theRole

Coordinate daily IT operations including Service Desk activities ITIL processes cyber security practices and disasterrecovery inputs.
Support key systems and data handling application issues integrations data quality reporting needs and collaboration platforms.
Drive digital improvements and stakeholder coordination supporting automation guiding analysts/developers liaising with vendors and communicating service impacts.

About you

Relevant qualifications in IT Information Systems or similar (or equivalent experience).
