The Advisor Internal Mobility role plays a key role in supporting career development equity and accessibility across Compass Group Australia. This role is responsible for driving internal mobility programs with a strong focus on our Pillar groups: Gender Balance First Nations All Abilities Veterans and Pride in Diversity.
You will collaborate with People Operations Talent Acquisition leaders and employee groups to design deliver and support programs that enable employees to grow their careers and feel a sense of belonging.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and rolling out internal mobility programs tailored to Pillar groups
Providing individualised career coaching to employees
Supporting leadership development pathways for high-potential employees
- Tracking analysing and reporting on internal mobility and D&I data
Championing inclusive practices and removing barriers to progression
The Person
We are looking for someone passionate about supporting people building inclusive pathways and driving positive change across the organisation. You will be someone who builds strong relationships thinks creatively and brings empathy curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
To be successful you will bring:
Strong understanding of D&I principles particularly around career development and mobility
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects end-to-end
Strategic thinking and long-term planning capability
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on inclusion
Strong communication coaching and relationship-building skills
Proactive approach to learning feedback and continuous improvement
Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
