About The Role:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who helps the organization stay ready for what comes next.

You will partner with leaders across key business areas helping them think clearly about capability capacity structure and performance today and ahead. This is a thinking role not a program role. Impact judgment and clarity matter more than activity.

We operate in a modern data-informed HR model increasingly leveraging analytics and AI to improve decision quality while staying grounded in human understanding. Because we listen.

What Youll Do:

• Partner with leaders on capability performance and future readiness

• Identify gaps and strengthen teams leadership and organizational effectiveness

• Use data and insight to inform decisions and anticipate risks

• Support meaningful change focused on real adoption and outcomes

• Build clear high-impact narratives and presentations

• Navigate corporate policy and regulatory frameworks with sound judgment

• Orchestrate across HR specialist teams to deliver coherent business-aligned solutions

What Were Looking For:

• HR Business Partner experience in a corporate / multinational environment

• Strong business and financial awareness; comfortable discussing impact trade-offs and ROI

• Ability to think in terms of organizational capability and future readiness

• Data-informed mindset with strong critical thinking and judgment

• Ability to influence and build trust in complex matrixed environments

• Comfort navigating policy and regulatory frameworks

• Clear communicator structured thinker self-driven and ownership-oriented

• Fluent English
