Are you ready to take the lead on customer data sharing for TVH For TVH E-commerce Customer Data Sharing is a strategic capability that powers our digital growth. As our Global Data Sharing Owner you wont just manage a process; you will take full business ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle (Build & Run) for our Data Sharing Service.

With a global team of data analysts across Waregem and Pune you will transform strategy and complex data sharing requests into a streamlined operational engine that delivers high-quality data products for our Webshops and ERP integrations.

If you have 5 years of experience and are ready to navigate the complexities of global data openness within B2B E-commerce integration we want you to lead this journey.

A Day in the Life

You will balance your impact on customer data sharing by dedicating 70% of your focus to strategic roadmap development process governance and global stakeholder orchestration while spending 30% in the data guiding our team of data analysts to solve customer data sharing requests.

• Strategy & Governance: Own the end-to-end global data sharing framework and service roadmap. You will transform high-level strategy and real customer requests into a scalable operational service ensuring customer data sharing is positioned as a primary driver for sustainable business growth.

• Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the global single point of contact for our integration experts. By bridging the gap between commercial data-sharing needs and technical execution you ensure our team of data analysts is empowered to deliver high-impact high-quality datasets with maximum efficiency.

• Process Ownership: Build and govern the end-to-end workflows for all customer data sharing requests. You will ensure that datasets are delivered with high quality and minimal lead time while maintaining seamless renewal processes aligned with the stakeholders managing our customer integrations.

• Project Ownership: Serve as the end-to-end driver for the data-sharing portfolio translating business requirements into successful technical deliveries. You will provide the strategic oversight and project leadership necessary to ensure our solutions are executed on time and aligned with global business objectives.

• Compliance & Risk: Conduct regular audits build in checks of our data flows to ensure continuous alignment with our data sharing framework.

• Data Landscape Mastery: Develop a profound understanding of the end-to-end TVH parts data model and parts reference structures. You will navigate regional nuances and complexities to ensure that our global data-sharing framework remains consistent accurate and scalable across all markets.

• Data Analysis: Drive the analytical roadmap by setting the initial direction for data queries and investigative work. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical support validating logic and outputs to ensure the team delivers precise high-impact data solutions.

Your profile

• Experience & Expertise: You bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Data Sharing or relevant Consultancy domain.

• Technical Core Skills: You possess profound knowledge of SQL specifically within BigQuery and DBT. Experience with project management tools like Jira Confluence and Google Suite is a plus.

• AI & Tech Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and are proactive in leveraging AI-driven tools.

• Data Modeling Mastery: You have a strong background in navigating complex data landscapes including parts reference systems and underlying data models. You can manage technical regional differences while maintaining a global North Star.

• Strategic Leadership: You have proven experience in functional team management. You are capable of guiding a global team of analysts (Waregem & Pune) by setting priorities and driving performance.

• Business Acumen & Orchestration: You possess a strong commercial mindset and superior stakeholder management abilities. You can translate complex technical and governance requirements into clear scalable business processes.

• Professional Traits: You are decisive result-oriented and proactively driven to execute.

• Communication & Language: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
