Lead a collaborative clinician-driven team at our multi-specialty outpatient surgery center site. As Medical Director youll shape care delivery support team development and ensure a thriving collegial environment that values excellence growth and balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual base compensation $525000
Commencement Bonus $50000 for 2-year commitment
8 Weeks PTO
CME - Up to $3000
Relocation Allowance if relocating from out of State or area

Practice Environment:

Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo- 4800 cases annually Surgical- 4600 cases annually including General Ortho Uro Plastics etc.
Work Schedule: M-F 7a-5p daily up to 10hr days 50hr weeks often done earlier
MD capable of managing up to 6-7 rooms daily; typically 3-4 ORs and 2-3 GI rooms in a hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent practice model
Participate in ASC management meetings and administrative work as needed including policy development quality reviews etc.

Qualifications:

Active MI license
Board Certification
ACLS PALS BLS
