Somnia Anesthesia Great Culture Top Comp - $525k $50000 Commencement Bonus Attractive Case Mix
Lead a collaborative clinician-driven team at our multi-specialty outpatient surgery center site. As Medical Director youll shape care delivery support team development and ensure a thriving collegial environment that values excellence growth and balance.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base compensation $525000
- Commencement Bonus $50000 for 2-year commitment
- 8 Weeks PTO
- CME - Up to $3000
- Relocation Allowance if relocating from out of State or area

Practice Environment:
- Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo- 4800 cases annually Surgical- 4600 cases annually including General Ortho Uro Plastics etc.
- Work Schedule: M-F 7a-5p daily up to 10hr days 50hr weeks often done earlier
- MD capable of managing up to 6-7 rooms daily; typically 3-4 ORs and 2-3 GI rooms in a hybrid Medical Direction / CRNA Independent practice model
- Participate in ASC management meetings and administrative work as needed including policy development quality reviews etc.
Qualifications:
Licensed in MI or eligible for licensure
- Board Certification
- ACLS PALS BLS
