PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Part Time Mortgage Administrator to join an partner Mortgage Broking business (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Networks Mortgage Advisory operation.

Our highly valued AR partner is a small but super busy and successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business.

The firm consists of 2 Mortgage and Protection Advisors. The firm are looking to take on their first Mortgage Administrator to help support their growth.

We are looking for a Part Time Administrator do work 16 hours over 3 days.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator but will also consider individuals with Administration experience not necessarily in Mortgage Advisory.

Salary of between 25000 - 26000 FTE (This is the Full Time Equivalent salary) DOE

Flexibility of hours at exceptionally busy times is desirable.

Free Parking at the office is available. The role is office based.

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Data entry of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required:

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience within broking.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
• A team player with ability to use own initiative.
