Job Summary
Introduction
Minimum 3 years experience in a logistic and warehousing management role
Daily planning & effective route planning
Perform load master function in local & bulk logistics
Ensure all collect / call in customers are attended to in a fast and efficientmanner
Receive in and check accuracy of all ATRs
Ensure incomplete deliveries are redelivered asap and customers are kept informed
Support sales team with customer order delivery info
Perform stock checks to avoid inaccuracies and credit notes
Manage fleet
Supervise pickers
Limit overtime and check logistic timesheets
Follow up daily on back orders
Perform accurate warehouse counts and ensure daily stock readiness
General housekeeping - logistics front entrance yard parking areas etc.
Analyze daily control sheet
Training & development
Performance managmeent - KPIs
Fire & safety
Matric relelvant qualification essential
Must have worked with dangrous goods
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Own transport essentail
