Manager Digital Health Product
This role offers the opportunity to shape our new health systems by turning user and business needs into effective digital product solutions. You will gain broad exposure across teams and play a key part in delivering meaningful digital health innovations.
Position Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of product strategy and prioritization considering user needs and feedback business goals and competitive analysis.
Communicate strategy prioritization rationale and product vision effectively to teams and stakeholders.
Use a structured prioritization framework to handle the product backlog and strategic roadmap creation.
Integrate Human-Centered Design methodologies into the product development lifecycle.
Lead the product development process by defining objectives and timelines and writing user stories organizing and prioritizing the product backlog and handling trade-offs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery goals and timelines.
Manage risks and dependencies that may impact product delivery and communicate progress updates to leadership and partners.
Manage user acceptance testing to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and requirements.
Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Lead change management plans for product rollouts ensuring alignment with business goals and successful adoption.
Engage with stakeholders to address needs and secure support for change initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies training programs and product demos.
Articulate strategies to leadership and partners.
Cultivate strategic relationships and alignment with stakeholders.
Leverage frameworks like SWOT Analysis RACI Matrix and OKRs support prioritization planning and effective execution of critical initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business computer science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management with a consistent track record of delivering successful digital products.
Fluent in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
Demonstrated excellence in analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills crucial for navigating sophisticated product challenges and delivering strategic solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven track record to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Ability to translate health needs and desired outcomes into simple intuitive and user centric digital experiences.
Fluency in the health domain with prior experience in health medical pathways or related disciplines highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of handling the product lifecycle from conceptualization through to deployment ensuring timely and successful product launches.
Shown skill in agile methodologies such as Lean Scrum and Kanban with a focus on iterative approaches that drive business outcomes and enhance adoption.
Skilled in applying project management tools such as Jira for running and tracking tasks facilitating sprint planning and generating performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
Experience in leading cross-functional workstreams to achieve product goals ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach.
