About the Role
As a Night Manager you will be managing the key aspects of guest room operations toensurea smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-Las service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise VIP guest services ensuring all guest feedback and incidents are accurately and promptly addressed / documented.
- Lead the Hotels Emergency Response Team during night shifts and engage in regular Emergency Response training and exercises.
- Address security health and safety issues in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures.
- Review and approve all Front Office night audit reports prior to finalizing the Opera PMS night audit.
About You
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Front Office of sizable Hotels including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid knowledge of Opera PMS Front Office system general Hotel operations policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of life and health safety procedures would be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua.
