The Director Technology Portfolio Management is a senior leader responsible for driving the disciplined execution of the banks technology agendaincluding enterprise scale initiatives regulatory programs and agile delivery efforts. Reporting directly into Technology executive leadership this role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered with excellence across the portfolio.

This leader brings critical thinking exceptional judgment and the ability to operate seamlessly across a complex technology landscape. They will partner closely with senior Technology and Business stakeholders providing visibility governance prioritization and delivery execution across the portfolio. The Director will also build and mature the project and agile delivery capabilities of the organization.

Enterprise Portfolio Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end portfolio management for all technology initiatives ensuring alignment to strategic business priorities.
  • Drive high performance execution through disciplined routines delivery governance and operational rigor across both agile teams and largescale programs.
  • Oversee enterprise level project and program planning sequencing milestone management and crossteam coordination.

Strategic Planning & Business Management

  • Contribute to annual and multiyear technology planning roadmap definition and budget development.
  • Define and track benefit realization ROI and outcomes across inflight programs.
  • Prepare and maintain resource plans in support of strategic initiatives and enterprise planning cycles.
  • Develop and manage executive-level reporting presentations and deliverables.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers agile delivery managers and program leaders.
  • Establish a Technology Project & Agile Delivery Center of Excellence defining best practices standards tools and delivery frameworks.
  • Cultivate a culture of proactive problem solving accountability and continuous improvement.

Executive Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Technology leadership team supporting organization-levellevel operations strategic routines and executive communications.
  • Work closely with Engineering Operations and Vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery across teams and workstreams.
  • Anticipate identify and resolve risks and issues with clarity speed and executive polish.

Required Experience

  • 15 years of progressive experience managing complex technology portfolios largescale programs and multiteam delivery in an agile environment.
  • Strong track record of successfully leading enterprise project management and agile delivery organizations.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Demonstrated ability to hire develop and grow high-performing teams.
  • Proven success solving complex problems and building scalable repeatable processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth fastchanging environment.
  • Experience coordinating and communicating across highly cross-functional highperforming teams.
  • Outstanding executive communication skillsclear concise and influential.
  • Highly organized self-directed and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong judgment proactive mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing programs involving multiple teams vendors or enterprise-scale integrations.
  • Deep expertise in project management and agile best practices.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet Jira Confluence and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans solve complex problems and support conflict resolution at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications such as PMP ScrumMaster Product Owner or ITIL.
  • Experience in financial services or banking
  • Detail-oriented analytical thinker with exceptional time management skills.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional results.

The base pay range for this position is $169620.00 - $236440.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidates salary is determined by several factors including travel relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
