The Director Technology Portfolio Management is a senior leader responsible for driving the disciplined execution of the banks technology agendaincluding enterprise scale initiatives regulatory programs and agile delivery efforts. Reporting directly into Technology executive leadership this role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered with excellence across the portfolio.
This leader brings critical thinking exceptional judgment and the ability to operate seamlessly across a complex technology landscape. They will partner closely with senior Technology and Business stakeholders providing visibility governance prioritization and delivery execution across the portfolio. The Director will also build and mature the project and agile delivery capabilities of the organization.

The base pay range for this position is $169620.00 - $236440.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidates salary is determined by several factors including travel relevant work experience or skills and expertise.Please note that we provide at least the minimum requirement of paid sick leave to our employees who reside in states that require employer-paid sick leave including but not limited to Arizona California Colorado District of Columbia Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Nevada New Jersey New Mexico New York Oregon Rhode Island Vermont and Washington.
