As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $145.6B in discretionary assets under management and $859.8B in non-discretionary assets under management as of September 30 2025.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Associate Product Development you will assist the team in leading the ideation and creation of new funds at Hamilton Lane.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare and review memos for new product approvals
  • Research funds in market for competitive analysis construction
  • Prepare market testing questionnaire for Client Solutions teams to gauge sentiment on appetite and demand for product terms and strategy
  • Collaborate across Legal Portfolio Management Client Solutions Investment Product and Marketing teams to formulate Product Seeding and Launch Plan document
  • Draft and finalize marketing materials for new products in collaboration with investment / product teams
  • Document key updates take aways and action items from weekly development meetings
  • Develop understanding of the regulatory landscape of the jurisdictions and structures as they affect each new product
  • Build and manage the technology implementation (ie: DealCloud) to streamline the product development and launch process

Your background will include:

  • 4-7 Years of experience within Private Markets investments
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to grasp new concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Drive to excel with a natural tendency as a self-starter.
  • Collaborative with the ability to work effectively within a team.
