The ProjectAssociate(PA)will be primarily responsible forproviding support forCRDF project management best practices the PA supports project teamswith the technical financial and administrative aspectsofexchange programs including but not limited to the International Visitors Leadership Programto supportimplementation in a manner consistent with CRDF Global and PAwill alsosupportadditionaldivisionprojectsas necessary.
This position is based in CRDFGlobalsArlingtonVA office on a hybrid basis with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week.
Major Responsibilities:
Supports planning and organizational tasks forin-person hybrid and virtualexchanges and other eventssuch as workshops and conferencesas assigned.
Contributes to project plans using best practices for project management includingwork breakdown structures (WBS) statements of work schedulesdeliverablesmonitoringand evaluation plans.
Draftscommunicationproject documents financial materials anddeliverablesfor assigned projects.
Oversees document and information management to ensure records and databases including electronic and physical files are current and complete.
Maintains professional correspondence in person and electronically with customers and other stakeholders regularly escalating communication asrequired.
Contributes todivisiongrowth and proposal development efforts.
May travel within the US and internationally.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
College degree or relevant experiencerequired
1 years of work experience in a related field
Exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlinesand manage competing priorities
Effective written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds
