Sales & Performance Director High-Ticket Training Programs (D1 Training)
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions
- Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($2000)
- Convert 60% of qualified consultations
- Execute daily follow-up via calls texts and CRM systems
- Drive membership personal training and program revenue
- Track KPIs: leads show rate close rate PT revenue retention
- Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion
- Oversee POS contracts and billing accuracy
- 3 years sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
- Proven closing ability and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable selling $2000 programs face-to-face
- Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Leadership or team management experience a plus
- Fitness or service-based sales background preferred
- $50000$75000 base performance incentives
